Open Enrollment

According to state law, each school board is required, at their January School Board Meeting, to approve the number of regular and special education seats available for open enrollment students.

For the 2023-2024 School Year 

There are no open enrollment seats available for special education. 

There are no open enrollment seats available for regular education.

For the 2024-2025 School Year

On January 22, 2024, the Nicolet Union High School District School Board will approve the number of seats available in each grade level.  For 9th grade, priority will be given to the open enrollment students at Bayside, Glen Hills and Maple Dale Middle Schools and the siblings of present Nicolet students.  For 10th, 11th and 12th grades, priority will be given to present Nicolet students who have moved out of the district and siblings of present Nicolet students.  Priority does not mean a guaranty.  Priority students are selected randomly if there are more priorities than seats available.  If there are more seats available than the number of priority students, then other applicants will be selected in a random process.  Open enrollment students DO NOT receive transportation.
