The Nicolet Recreation Department & Nicolet Special Education Department invites you to the 18th Annual Autumn Artisan's Fair on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am - 3:00pm located at the newly refinished Nicolet Union High School 🍂
The event will showcase over 50 vendors from southeastern Wisconsin! Items that vendors will be selling include hand crafted items, baked goods, glass art and much more! The event will feature a silent auction of some of the vendors’ work with proceeds benefiting the Nicolet special education department.
Admission price is $3.00, cash only.

New This Year at Nicolet: ProStart Culinary & Hospitality Program 🍽️
We're excited to introduce our new ProStart Professional Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management class — a 2-year certification program designed for future chefs and hospitality leaders!
Students are learning to plan, build, and manage their own restaurant and hospitality businesses from an executive chef’s perspective. 👨🍳👩🍳
They also take on small catering projects — from school events and fundraisers to club dinners and award nights. Community groups can request catering support for small functions by emailing dawn.baldwin@nicolet.us
If the students can help, they’d love the opportunity to gain real-world experience while supporting our community!

Homecoming was a blast! Our Knights came together to celebrate school spirit, make memories and have a whole lot of fun 🏈💃🕺
Spirit dress up days saw large numbers of students and staff participating each day, the Juniors defeated the Seniors in the annual Spirit Bowl game, the pep rally celebrated all of our Fall athletes and activities, the Knights played West Bend West at the football game on Friday night, and the “A Knight in a Fairy Garden” dance was extremely well attended (over 700 students!) with everyone dancing and celebrating throughout the evening.
A huge thank you to our Nicolet Student Council and their advisor, Ms. Robin Rinehart, for all of their hard work, planning, and preparation of the 2025 Nicolet Homecoming Week❗

Nicolet Union High School was notified by the Village of River Hills this morning that they are planning on closing Green Tree Road between N. River Rd. and Jean Nicolet Rd. for about one week to complete a sidewalk reconstruction project. River Hills plans to start work this coming Wednesday, October 1st and expects work to last until approximately Wednesday, October 8th. During this time, traffic will not be able to turn Westbound on Green Tree from Jean Nicolet Rd (i.e. at the three way stop at the North end of Jean Nicolet, all traffic will need to turn right). Please see the map to better understand both the road closure and the suggested detour.
