Did you know the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline number changed? 9️⃣8️⃣8️⃣ is the new three digit number designated to connect people with trained counselors who can listen, provide support, and connect you with resources. The Student Services Department and the HSO administrators spread the word on this new national resource and encourage you to do the same! There is hope, there is help. End the stigma on mental health by encouraging others to reach out when they are in crisis.
